Keitumetse Dlamini - AGA (SA)
Keitumetse is the Managing Director at Karabo Business Solutions. She is also a director and co-founder of Mediwell-Medical Centre in Dainfern (Fourways – Johannesburg).
She has extensive training and experience in finance, accounting, auditing, tax, SMME Development, Business Coaching, Enterprise & Supplier Development Strategy and B-BBEE Advisory.
She gained her working experience from Crowe Horwath International, HLB Barnett, Nolands JHB, Sage Pastel Accounting, Siyakha Consulting and Siyakha Capital Advisors.
Apart from Finance and her ability any strategic business objective, Keitumetse has a passion for human development, coaching and empowerment. She is the Founder and Chairperson of Goddess Girls, an NGO that facilitates mentorship for a girl child in Soweto.
Keitumetse is a registered SAICA member and holds the Associate General Accountant South Africa (AGA (SA) designation.
Her other qualifications include a BCom Accounting Honours degree with a tax specialisation obtained from the University of Johannesburg (UJ) and a BCom Accounting degree from the same university.
Bonolo Ramokhele - CA (SA)
Ramokhele is a businessman and Executive Chairperson of Differentia group of companies. He is an alumni of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers and has attended various WEF meetings on Africa and Davos.
At Differentia he has been lead partner in deal advisory on transactions in Agriculture and Mining with the largest transaction being a R300 million takeover. He has been a lead advisor on various transactions involving the Land Bank and Afgri.
He sits on the council of CJC TVET College and serves as Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee and sits on the Finance Committee of the College. He has served ABASA in various capacities including chairing the ABASA Education Committee.
He has also served in various committees within the Black Business Council including sitting on the National Council.
He was recognized by SAICA as one of the top 35 Chartered Accountants under 35 in South Africa. He has been recognized by Forbes Africa magazine in 2014 as one of the entrepreneurs to watch out for in Africa.
Ramokhele is a qualified Chartered Accountant by profession. He is a Wits University and Deloitte & Touché alumnus. At Deloitte he was responsible for clients that were listed on the JSE, SMMEs and entities in the public sector.
